- 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Sunday - Thursday
- 10:00 AM To 10:00 PM, Friday & Saturday
Emergencies
For emergency situations, please call 911 from the phone located by the pool gate entrance.
For urgent but non-emergency issues please email the pool guy or use our Contact Page.
Pool Passes
Q: I have just moved in to the neighborhood. How do I obtain a pool pass?
A: Print, read, and sign the Pool Policies document below. Then email the signed form, attach to and email [email protected].
Q: I lost my pool pass. How can I obtain a replacement pass?
A: Please email [email protected] with your request. Please note that there will be a charge to cover the cost of the replacement key card.
Q: Is there WiFi at the pool?
A: Yes, there is free WiFi at the pool. The WiFi settings are Network: HOA_Pool Password: Highlandridge
