Home Owner Dues
Q: How much are yearly homes association dues?
A: Dues are $650 for 2024.
Q: Where do I mail my payment for home owner dues?

Q: When are payments due?
A: Payments are due January 1st of each year. Collections processing will begin after a grace period ending January 31st. At least one reminder postcard will be sent to each residence as a courtesy.
Q: Do you accept payments online?
A: We no longer offer payments through PayPal, however we now accept payments thru Zelle and it's FREE when you use your participating bank account or DEBIT card! You can find options in your online banking app to pay your dues this way or download the Zelle app. Make sure to use our treasurer's email account: [email protected].
We also accept payments through Cheddar Up. There is a $23.93 convenience fee charged by CHEDDAR UP when you pay by CREDIT CARD. Use your mobile device's camera app to scan the QR Code below:
