Q: Are homeowners allowed to have Solar Panels installed on their home?
A: The HOA has approved roof-mounted solar panels with a few requirements. The solar panels can be mounted on the portion of the roof that are backyard facing, and not visible from the street. The following information from the U.S.A. Solar Energy Technologies Office may be useful and can be found here.
Q: Do I need approval from the HOA to have Solar Panels installed on my home?
A: Yes, just like most other major projects, you would need to submit plans and work with our ACC to obtain approval prior to installation.
Q: My mailbox post is rotten or damaged. What should I do?
A: The mailboxes are not part of the regular maintenance provided. Please talk with the neighbors that share the mailbox post and work together to make the necessary repairs. The US Postal Service will not deliver to or pickup from a mailbox that is down.
Q: My mailbox has a key lock and I need a new or replacement key. Who do I contact?
A: Please contact the servicing United States Post Office.
